Prof. Lee received her Ph.D. in Information Systems and Digital Innovation from the University of London. She previously served as a Senior Strategy Consultant at a multinational technology consulting firm, where she supported digital transformation and data governance projects across the finance, logistics, retail, and public sectors.
She currently serves as Director of the Digital Transformation Research Center at the Global Institute of Digital Innovation. Her research focuses on enterprise digital strategy, cloud service governance, data-driven decision-making, and smart service design. She has also been actively involved in digital policy and innovation advisory projects for governments and enterprises across the Asia-Pacific region.

Prof. Lee is a digital transformation expert with both industry experience and academic expertise. She specializes in helping organizations build sustainable digital capabilities from three key perspectives: organizational strategy, system architecture, and user experience.
Her focus goes beyond the adoption of new technologies. She is particularly interested in how digital tools can truly improve workflows, enhance service quality, and create business value. In this lecture, Prof. Carter will share international case studies and discuss the common challenges and key success factors for enterprises adopting cloud services, AI tools, and data platforms.
